It appears to be a Huge Fat Load. From the looks of it, it seems to be of Chinese origin. Definately Asia someplace.
If you recognise it, or if it's an Earthly Embodiment of your Diety (I'm looking at you, Buddists), please contact us. Otherwise, I guess we'll keep it. Aside from being slightly defective, it is pretty cute.
